- Beschreibung: Reproduktion um 1900. Bezeichnet unten links “Mark Waring”. Satirische Darstellung zweier Bahnsteigschaffner mit fiktivem Dialog. Dort zu lesen: “The Interesting Story./First Ticket Porter:’And so, you know, that’s all I knows about it.’/Second Ticket Porter: ‘Well! I don’t know as ever I knowed a Man as knows as much as you knows.'” Die Figuren sind dann umgeben von einem Figurenfries, auf dem sich bizarre Szenen abspielen. Ein Stierkampf und eine Stierjagd sind dort zu verfolgen, ein Mann scheint sich mit einem Regenschirm vor einem Schwein schützen zu wollen, ein anderer ist soeben vom Pferd gefallen.

- Description: Reproduction circa 1900. Inscribed at lower left “Mark Waring”. Satirical depiction of two platform conductors with fictitious dialogue. There to read: “The Interesting Story./First Ticket Porter:’And so, you know, that’s all I knows about it.’/Second Ticket Porter: ‘Well! I don’t know as ever I knew a Man as knows as much as you knows.'” The figures are then surrounded by a frieze of figures on which bizarre scenes take place. A bullfight and a bull hunt can be followed there, a man seems to be trying to protect himself from a pig with an umbrella, another has just fallen off his horse.
