The sheet is one of a series of Munich city views by Bollinger’s hand or under his direction. The artist was active in Bavaria between 1805 and 1820 and is best known for his vedute of Munich with striking architecture and town houses.

- Condition: Good condition. Particularly discoloured and partly stained on the sheet margin. Somewhat browned along the edges. The corners of the sheet are minimally bumped. The lower left corner of the sheet is slightly creased.
