Abraham und Isaac (Gen.XXII) bereiten das Opfer; neben einem Holzstoß stehend, auf dem Wiesenboden im Vordergrund ist das Messer zu sehen. Isaac hält ein Bündel Anzündeholz auf seinen Schultern, in seiner Linken eine Fackel. Er schaut auf zu seinem Vater, der ihn mit verschränkten Armen traurig anblickt.

- Zustand: Sehr guter Zustand. Stockfleckig, an den Blattkanten verbräunt und bestoßen sowie durch kleinere Einrisse beschädigt. Das Blatt ist leicht fleckig mit einigen Knickspuren. Die Darstellung macht einen tadellosen Eindruck.

Abraham and Isaac (Gen.XXII) prepare the sacrifice; standing beside a woodpile, the knife can be seen on the meadow floor in the foreground. Isaac holds a bundle of kindling on his shoulders, a torch in his left. He looks up at his father, who is looking at him sadly with folded arms.

- Condition: Very good condition. Foxing, browned and bumped at the edges and damaged by smaller tears. The sheet is slightly stained with some creases. The image makes an impeccable impression.
