- Beschreibung: Ein Mann auf dem Sterbebett, der inbrünstig betet, wird von einem Kleriker ermahnt, der an seinem Bett kniet und nach oben weist. Die Frau an seiner Kopfseite stützt ihn und auch die anderen dargestellten Mitglieder des Haushalts sind in großer Sorge; links ein großer runder Frisiertisch mit kleinen Schubladen, vollgestopft mit Geschirr, Medikamenten, einem Spiegel, einer Bibel und Kleidung; eine Karte hängt an der Wand; nach Prentis.

- Zustand: Sehr guter Zustand. Die Darstellung macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Obere Blattecken lädiert, untere abgerissen, die Darstellung ist davon nicht betroffen; kleiner Randeinriss oben rechts der Mitte und unten links; im Rand oben links mit Loch, das verso mit Papier hinterlegt wurde; altersbedingt stockfleckig und im oberen Bereich der Darstellung stellenweise berieben.

- Description: A man on his deathbed, praying fervently, is admonished by a cleric kneeling at his bedside and pointing upwards. The woman at the side of his head supports him and the other members of the household depicted are also in great distress; to the left, a large round dressing table with small drawers, crammed with crockery, medicines, a mirror, a Bible and clothes; a map hangs on the wall; after Prentis.

- Condition: Very good condition. The image makes a very good impression. Upper corners of the sheet damaged, lower one torn off, the depiction is not affected; small marginal tear at the upper right of the centre and at the lower left; in the margin at the upper left with a hole, which was backed with paper on the verso; foxing due to age and rubbed in places in the upper part of the depiction.
