Unter der Darstellung betitelt und mit drei Zeilen Französisch: “est né de .. / .. quil a faict.”; darunter mit Produktionsdetails: “Iean Bapt. van Heil pinxit. / Fredric Bottats sculpsit. / Iean Meyssens excudit.”.
