- Beschreibung: Brustportrait des evangelischen Theologen, Philologen, Pädagogen und Rektors der Thomasschule zu Leipzig Johann Agust Ernesti mit Beffchen und gelockter Perücke nach einem Gemälde von Anton Graff von 1773, das heute in der Kustodie Kunstsammlung der Universität Leipzig aufbewahrt wird.

- Zustand: Guter Zustand. Minimale Fehlstelle in der Darstellung. Auf dem Blattrand sind Verschmutzungen und Verfärbungen sichtbar. Die linke untere Blattecke ist umgeknickt. Links befinden sich ein restaurierter Randeinriss sowie kleinteilige weiße Farbkleckse. Die Darstellung macht einen sehr guten Eindruck.

- Condition: Good condition. Minimal loss in the image. Soiling and discolouration visible on the margins. The lower left corner of the sheet is folded. On the left side there is a restored marginal tear and small white paint stains. The image makes a very good impression.
