Die pittoreske Landschaftsdarstellung im Oval zeigt Loch Leven, den Seitenarm (sea loch) der Meeresbucht Loch Linnhe. Er liegt an der Westküste Schottlands. Bei Loch Leven Castle handelt es sich um eine Burgruine auf einer Insel im Loch Leven. Die Burg erreichte durch die Gefangenschaft und Flucht von Maria Stuart in den Jahren 1567/68 größere Bekanntheit. - Datierung: 18. Jahrhundert

Mit zwei vertikalen Knickspuren und diagonaler Knickspur in der rechten Blattecke, von der die Darstellung unbetroffen bleibt. Der satte Druck macht einen guten Eindruck.
