Das Blatt stammt aus einer Serie mit Darstellungen der Apostel Jesu Christi von Boudan, die Mitte des 17. Jahrhunderts als Votivbild oder Andachtsbild erstellt wurden.

- Beschreibung: Ganzfigurige Darstellung des Heiligen und Evangelisten Johannes in antikisierender Tracht auf einem Sockel stehend. In den Händen hält er sein Attribut, einen Kelch mit einer Schlange. Im Hintergrund ist eine szenische Darstellung des Martyriums des Apostels zu sehen sowie die Szene einer Erscheinung während der Apostel sein Evangelium niederschreibt.
